From July 2023 to January 2024, I had the amazing opportunity to intern at IBM as a UX Researcher and Designer in Stuttgart, Germany.
During my internship, I embraced many challenges, met wonderful people, and always put the user at the center of my work.
As a UX Researcher, I conducted generative research using appropriate qualitative methodologies such as interviews. I synthesized, analyzed, and coded the findings. I prepared assets to seamlessly communicate insights to the stakeholders.
Additionally, I also designed user interfaces for IBM Cloud Hyper Protect Services, adhering to the principles outlined in the Carbon design system. I crafted a narrative through the design of Hyper Protect Virtual Services marketing pages, strategically shaping the
initial point of contact with the product.
While all the projects I worked on are under NDAs, I will highlight my main learnings from working as a Researcher and Designer in a large enterprise like IBM.
